This was part of a bigger order, that I got partially refunded for. Three issues:
1. Your system allowed me to order a veg basket 3 days prior to the delivery. You then got in touch with me and informed me that this should not have happened, so you scheduled the delivery for the following week - which I was totally ok with
2. We didn't receive the order on the scheduled day of the delivery (Friday the 19th). No information on expected time of delivery was provided anywhere on the website/Shop app. I got a notification from Shop at 10.28pm that delivery was attempted at 11.24pm(!) - I was at home and no delivery was attempted at any point.
3. I got in touch with you about the above, and the delivery was 'rescheduled for Monday 22', when we received a box of mostly rotten produce. I understand that you couldn't provide new veg boxes on the spot, but I somehow didn't realise that by 'rescheduling' you meant that the boxes were waiting/rotting in the meantime. Some more clarity on that would be appreciated, especially given that the order was made 11 days before. We appreciated the refund offered, but have not received it yet.
great company, owner phoned to see if everything was ok, products are great and price was best around, these guys go a step beyond, fantastic customer service, give them a go, you won't be disappointed

I get it almost every online order because it's just so versatile and tasty. You know it's much fresher than other store bought tofu because of its clean taste and also because it expires rapidly. You know they haven't done anything in the process to make it last longer but potentially take away from the product as well.

It does take a bit of time for a good selection of new season veg to come through - the hungry gap runs March to May - but the end is in sight!
