we have developed the world's first "Dry Hopped" Real Ale Chutney!
"Dry hopping" is a process used in the production of craft ales
of which uses hops at the end of fermentation process to give an ale it's hoppy,
floral, citrussy flavour and aroma. We have used the same process near
the end of the cooking process to bring you that proper craft ale taste.
