Kanpai takes the crisp, clean drinkability of a Japanese-style rice lager and gives it Bluntrock's own spin. Brewed with rice alongside malted barley, it pours light and refreshing with a delicate sweetness and none of the heaviness you get from an all-malt lager — the kind of beer that's built for drinking more than one of.
