A favourite for us as anything from the fridge can go in it, however these are the essentials.
Lettuce and other leaves
Fresh Spinach
Chickpeas
Tomatoes
Dressing
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Lemon juice
Garlic
Mustard
Honey
Splash of tobasco
Salt and pepper
Also great with Mozzarella, Avocado, Sundried Tomatoes, and anything else you like (well, pretty much anything anyway).
Chop everything up nice and small except the leaves which can be roughly chopped, and enjoy!
