About 100ml of Lemon Juice
150ml of Coconut Water (or apple juice / apples, or just water)
One teaspoon of Honey
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Filter through a fine mesh.
Drink, slowly or quickly, either way you feel the warmth.
