Valentina Salsa Picante hot sauce is known mostly for its taste as opposed to its heat. The taste can be described as a citrus flavor with a spicy after taste. It is often used on cucumbers and many varieties of fruit, such as watermelon, oranges, & pineapfdple, with lemon & salt. Valentina is very popular in Mexico, often on tortilla chips. It is also popular to mix with corn chips & lemon juice. 

Valentina's salsa picante, or hot sauce, is a great chilli sauce with flavour as well as heat. Valentina hot sauce is made from puya and serrano chilli peppers giving it citrusy notes and a medium heat.
