We freshly smoke small batches every Monday to Wednesday, therefore over the weekend, we could be sold out. We strongly suggest asking your product to be delivered for next Saturday or Sunday to receive your smoked salmon straight from the smoking chamber. Must place order before Monday or Tuesday to receive that weekend.
