Traditional Halloumi cheese produced in Cyprus exclusively for Dodoni, from a mixture of cow, sheep and goat’s milk.
Dodoni’s halloumi is lightly salty with a firm & elastic texture. Due to its high melting point, halloumi is ideal for frying and grilling; the cheese holds its shape and turns cripsy on the outside and moreishly soft on the inside.
