Hot pepper sauce made using roasted chillies, fresh turmeric and mustard. Great balance of heat, sweet, earthy turmeric and unmistakable mustard kick.
Great on chicken, roasted vegetables or mixed with Mayo to make a dipping sauce for pizza crusts, falafel or anything else you can dip and shove in your face.
Ingredients: Scotch bonnet, fatalii, Jamaican yellow, onion, fresh turmeric, vinegar, water, mustard, unrefined sugar, salt.
Made seasonally by hand in small batches so expect variations in colour and heat between batches.
