Cairn O'Mohr - Sparkling Gooseberry Wine

This satisfying sparkling wine was originally composed of a confection of oak leaves and elderflowers. Gooseberries have been added over the years and if it tastes of anything else it would be yellow apples, pineapple chunks and cream soda. 

Serve chilled. Stopper allows for wine to be resealed and kept for up to 2 days in fridge.
