Sinodun Hill Goat Cheese, South Oxfordshire

The yoghurty flavour of this cheese is complemented by a delicate, almost red-fruit flavour from the wrinkly, golden-coloured rind. The texture of the paste is pleasantly light, almost whipped.

Tunworth Camembert Cheese, Hampshire

Tunworth is our own, very British Camembert – a soft, white-rinded cheese wonderfully reminiscent of its French cousin. Tunworth is markedly different thanks to the lush grazing of rural Hampshire.

Tunworth is still made entirely by hand – from the first ladle of pasteurised whole cow’s milk to the poplar box packaging.

The finished 250g cheese has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.

Captain Crackers Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt Crackers, Kent

The Captain's Crackers is oat-based, made with honey, cracked black pepper, sea salt and filled with seeds. They are wheat and dairy free, and the perfect accompaniment to your favourite cheese, chutney or simply on their own!

Miller's Toast Cranberry & Raisin

Slim and ultra-crispy toast. Baked by Hand. Suitable for Vegetarians. Miller's Toast Cranberry & Raisins. The slimmest and crispiest 'toast' to partner pâté, cheese, or just to nibble.

Avamposti Pinot Nero 'Ventura', Piemonte, Italy

The grapes were cultivated in one vineyard plot with chalk soils, 350m above sea level in the Monferrato hills. After experimenting with earlier vintages to find the best vinification method for Piemontese Pinot Noir Carlo decided to combine the results of two parcels - 50% underwent fermentation in stainless steel with a portion (20%) of whole bunches – whilst the grapes for the remaining 50% were crushed and fermented in large wooden casks. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel. After blending the wine spent 12 months in oak - 75% large cask and 25% barriques - before bottling.

Coppa Salami, N1

The meat is given as much time to chamber as possible, up to 5 months to mature. This gentle ageing process allows it to develop slowly, avoiding overdrying and to generate a rich fruity flavour, and soft marbled texture.

We use retired breeding sows in our production, this gives us a far superior meat for charcuterie and is highlighted perfectly with the collars being not only twice the size as a standard collar but also having twice the marbling as a standard pig.

Nig Chutney, Rosebud Preserves, North Yorkshire

Elspeth Biltoft started Rosebud Preserves in 1989 having grown up in the beautiful countryside of Swaledale and encouraged to forage with her father and then learning to make preserves, pickles and jams at home with her mother. Today they make their chutneys in small batches, buying as locally as possible and only using fruits in their season.

Old Yorkshire Chutney is a tangy chutney predominantly spiced apple but with plum, onions, tomatoes and raisins and a touch of ginger and chilli, It pairs perfectly with Kirkham's Lancashire, especially if making cheese on toast but also works well alongside Cantal or Colston Bassett Stilton.
