250ml Milk (preferably full fat)

1 heaped teaspoon of tumeric

1 tablespoon of honey

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Sprinkle of black pepper

 

Heat milk and stir all other ingredients into the hot milk, continue gently heating for 5 minutes.
