I love this wine, it’s wonderful. However, I’d ordered for a specific date (which is an option when ordering) and it didn’t arrive on time - for an occasion. I’ve had to choose a further date for it to arrive so I still haven’t actually received. I appreciate this is likely an issue with DPD vs yourselves but when you’re able to choose dates on your website which DPD then can’t deliver it’s a little annoying. Highly recommend the wine, however.
Hi Sophie, really sorry to hear your package didn't arrive on time. DPD don't deliver on bank holidays so we should have had this date blacked out! Going to black out future bank holiday dates to prevent this from happening again. Thanks, Rory

This is a good oil, but in truth doesn't quite have the intensity of Honest Toil. We'd certainly buy it again if HT became unavailable.

I ordered several items for gifting so unable to comment on taste etc. Items were dispatched quickly but unfortunately there was an issue with very delayed delivery. Rory was very helpful at resolving the issue and communication was excellent regarding updates and checking that parcel arrived. Great company to deal with and excellent customer service.
