• Cairn O’Mohr – Wild Ferment Cider (6.7%)
  A still, dry cider made from Cox apples and wild-fermented with King Jim for a tannic finish. Unfiltered, unfussy, and full of depth.

• Nightingale – Wild Disco Cider (5.5%)
  Sparkling and medium-dry, made with 100% Discovery apples. Bursting with floral aromas and a crisp, clean finish.

• Nightingale – Fledgling No. 4 Cider Pét-Nat
  A playful, pink pét-nat cider made from red-fleshed Redlove apples. Bubbly, bright, and packed with berry notes and zingy acidity.

• Cairn O’Mohr – Meadowsweet Cider (5%)
  Infused with Scottish meadowsweet for a floral lift. Gently sweet and softly herbal, this cider is perfect for sipping in the sun.

• Nightingale – Night Bird Cider (4.9%)
  A session-friendly still cider with mellow apple character and a lightly tannic edge. Wild-fermented and easy-drinking.

• Cairn O’Mohr – Vintage Scottish Cider (5%)
  A balanced, semi-sweet cider made with 100% Scottish apples gathered from the Carse of Gowrie. Smooth and refreshing, with a touch of orchard nostalgia.
