Our Artisan Bolognese Sauce is made following the traditional and simple authentic Italian recipe. Typical of the city of Bologna, Bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce usually pared with Tagliatelle and used to prepare lasagne alla Bolognese. However, it matches well all the pasta. In our kitchen, our chefs slowly braise the beef with vegetables and then add tomato passata and herbs. We don’t add any preservatives, colourant or flavour enhancers. It makes a great match with all our fresh pasta.

Storage Instruction
- Keep Refrigerated at 0-5C
- Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Cooking Instructions
- Bring back to the boil whilst gently stirring, ensure sauce is piping hot before serving. Keep sauce hot above 65ºC when serving.
