* Remove desired amount of potstickers from packaging, dip each one in a small amount of cooking oil, place on non-stick frying pan * Gently heat the frying pan to a moderate to high temperature until the bottom of the potstickers become a light golden brown. In the meantime mix the corn flour and water mixture and pour over the lightly golden potstickers. You’ll need to put about 2cm of the liquid, place a lid over the pan and cook on moderate heat for 8 minutes. *After 8 minutes remove the lid and bring pan to a high heat, this will help to evaporate the excess water. The pan will start to dry out and the oil will start crisping the bottom of the potstickers
