Our Radish Kimchi is made with Daikon Radishes aka Mooli. As well as the umami, slightly sour flavour and spicy kick (say around 6.5 to 7 out of 10 on the spice meter), it has a crunchy texture to it.. It is perfect as a side dish with hot meal, or in sandwiches, omelettes, noodles, fried rice or in pancakes.

It is full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. Our Kimchi is raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat which conserves the product for longer but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.

There are no additives or preservatives except for sea salt.

All products are sourced locally where possible

Our kimchi has a shelf life of 6-7 weeks.
