Simply the best Pollock you can get. It's pole and line caught on small day boats in Cornwall and Devon, handled with impeccable care and delivered to us in immaculate condition.
Once in our care, we fillet, debone and preserve the Pollock in 100% unrefined natural salt. A few weeks and labour intensive steps later, we then preserve it in a beautifully fruity Arbequina extra virgin olive oil which is infused with bay leaves and fresh garlic.
