Moroccan Spice Blend - 75g
Ras el Hanout or Ras al Hanout means literally ‰ÛÏhead of shop,‰Ûbut can be translated as ‰ÛÏtop shelf‰Û.
The mixture consists of over a dozen spices, in different proportions. Ingredients include cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, dry ginger, chilli peppers, coriander seed, peppercorn, sweet and hot paprika, fenugreek, and dry turmeric.
Used to make Tangine and other Moroccan dishes to give the classic flavour, traditionally cooked with Lamb, Fish or Vegetables.
