
Made using cider apples from the 2019 harvest, wild fermented and aged for over a year.
A dry sparkling cider. Clean and crisp up front with some grapefruit notes coming through. Opens up when poured, adding length and depth.

Based in London but crafted in the west-country, all of the cider is made by Luke himself on his family farm, using 100% fresh pressed British apples.
