MEXICAN TABLE SAUCE
- An extremely hot sauce made from fruity habanero chillies with a touch of allspice.
The floral-flavoured habanero is the king of chilles and gives this sauce a searing but short-lived heat you may find it addictive.
Ready to eat.Trickle over eggs, avocados, fluffy baked potatoes and grilled meat and fish; stir into soups and stews; or mix a few drops into a Bloody Mary. A little goes a long way.
