El Niño Hot Sauce is made using a blend of Mexican spices, smokey Ancho chillies and just a few of the famous Carolina Reapers- the world’s hottest chilli pepper. It’s fermented for four weeks to develop flavour and then bottled. Enjoy with BBQ, tacos, eggs, Asian food or anything that needs a kick.
