This Manchego cheese was awarded the Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2021-2022 held in Asturias. This cheese is made using freshly pasteurised milk from 100% free range Manchega sheep. With a curation period of minimum 6 months, the cheese acquires the distinct flavour of this very loved Spanish cheese.
