Tasting note
A pale translucent red of a maple leaf in the light of an autumn morning. A panier of peppery red fruit is a welcome aroma on the nose whilst also developing floral notes. A delicate taste until the end which urgently creates the need to take another sip.

Serve between 12 and 13°C
Aging potential: Drink whilst the fruit is still fresh, but will easily keep for 3 to 5 years
