Wild Card Brewery Taurus Damson Sour, E17, Vegan
Damson and Lemon Sour is made with a base of lager and wheat malts, to deliver a full body and smooth mouthfeel. The beer is hopped with the fruit-forward English hop Phoenix Leaf. With late fermentation, there is an added abundance of sweet-sour damson fruits and lemon.
Wild Card Brewery, True Leaf Apricot Saison 6.6%
Brewed on International Women's Day as part of the IWCBD project which aims to promote and encourage more women in the brewing industry through collaboration and education.
Apricot Saison is brewed with a pale & wheat malt base with Strata hops and crushed coriander added at the end of the boil. Fermented with an in-house saison yeast, with Apricot puree mixed into the fermenter, and a touch of lemon added for balance.
