Description
This is a very special extra virgin olive oil from the Manousakis estate. Early Harvest Extra Virgin is a gourmet limited edition olive oil. The olive oil comes from the centuries old local Manaki variety and is harvested in early November just before the olives ripen. This unique mono cultivar olive oil is extracted from olive trees grown the Manousakis olive grove in Chiliomodi, Klenies, Corinth. The olive oil produced has a bright yellow colour and a rich, almost buttery consistencythat complements wonderfully a freshly cut salad.
